Orders:
Charge card orders are shipped the same day as received. In the
unlikely event of a back order, you will be notified and your card
will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Check orders are normally held for 72 hours prior to shipment to
insure proper clearing of funds.
Errors and Omissions:
NexStep strives to bring you the lowest prices possible. This is
done through volume purchasing and stringent cost control. We make
every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve
the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing
errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or
below the current correct price.
International Orders:
All international orders must be paid with a bank wire transfer.
Canada is exempt, as are other international businesses with proper
documentation.
Returns:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All items ordered
from PaintRemoval.Com can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt
for a full refund. Customers must call ahead to receive an order
return number. Postage must be postpaid to the destination of returned
items. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited
amount. Items must be returned in new unused condition. We reserve
the right to refuse returns on abused or misused products. Damage
caused during shipment should be discussed with the parcel post
carrier.

We are pleased to offer the best manufacturers warranties in the
business. Please refer to individual product labeling for further
assistance and instructions. PaintRemoval.Com will cheerfully accept
returns on all unused product. Please call our customer service
number for an authorization number. Products must arrive postage
paid. Organizational postage and handling will be deducted from
returned merchandise. We apologize we cannot accept returns of opened
